Insulated steel building for racking systems

A warehouse measuring 35x90x12m was constructed in 2025 for a packaging manufacturing company. The height of the building was specifically chosen to accommodate a shelving system. The client prioritized a building with excellent insulation properties, so PIR core sandwich panels were selected for the cladding. Due to the proximity of the plot boundary, one wall of the building also had to be designed as a self-supporting fireproof wall.
