Storage buildings for maritime logistics company

Two buildings, measuring 40x130x8m and 35x65x8m, were erected in 2024 in one of the largest seaports in the United Kingdom. They serve as storage facilities for timber materials for a major European logistics operator.
Since the stored products do not require a stable temperature, the client opted for temporary buildings. Ensuring dry conditions was a priority, leading to the installation of anti-condensation lining in the ceilings. The walls are clad with trapezoidal metal sheets.
The greatest design and installation challenge was accommodating the significant slope of the concrete flooring where the buildings were to be built. All the columns were individually designed and manufactured to account for the incline. The height difference along the 130m length of the larger building was as much as two meters.
