Warehouse building with office space

The facility was built as a warehouse with an integrated social area. The building also includes a residential section for employees, as evidenced by the balconies visible in the photos.
To ensure the required fire protection level (R60), the structure was safeguarded with intumescent paints. A concrete slab was poured on the mezzanine level.
The building is enclosed with PIR-core sandwich panels.
