A facility measuring 35x35x8m was completed in the first half of 2025 in France for a client in the waste management industry. The investor prioritized a distinctive external appearance, leading to the design of an attic that gives the building the shape of a rectangular prism.
French regulations also required a portion of the roof surface to be equipped with smoke vents to ensure adequate ventilation in the event of a fire. The building features sectional doors and a high-speed door installed on the interior side of the airlock to minimize air exchange within the building during truck entry. This design will result in significant savings on heating costs for the facility.
