3.STAGE

DESIGNING

We begin the design process with structural calculations to provide you with the building design required for the construction process.
We prepare material lists for the procurement department.
We create workshop drawings for the production department.

4.STAGE

PRODUCTION

The structure of your building is manufactured in compliance with EN-1090 standards, confirmed by the issuance of a CE conformity declaration.
We order all additional components for the building, such as windows, gates, etc.
We deliver the completed building to the construction site.

5.STAGE

ASSEMBLY

The construction site is equipped with the necessary lifting equipment and an installation team.
Following the highest safety standards, THORSPAN’s experienced installers assemble the prefabricated structural elements, cladding, and joinery.
You gain: A completed building ready for final inspection and handover.

6.STAGE

COMPLETED BUILDING

After completing the installation, we conduct a final inspection together and hand over the keys to a building tailored precisely to your needs, now ready for use.
